Are you the same company as Jackson Pool Services in Fort Myers?

No. Rich Hudec owns Jackson Pool Services, LCC in Fort Myers and is using our name because we do not offer pool service and the law allows him to do so. We are the Original Jackson Pools, Inc.. We are based in Fort Myers and have been serving the Southwest Florida area for more than 35 years.

Do I need a permit to build a pool?

Yes. Swimming pools in Florida are required to meet certain building codes, and permits are required before any work is done. Jackson Pools handles the entire permitting process, and the cost of permits is included in the price of your pool installation.

How much does an inground pool cost?

There are many factors that contribute to the cost of a pool. Property condition, pool size and shape, finishes (such as tile and decking), and additional features (hot tubs and spas, waterfalls, fountains, rockscapes, cages, etc.). Your sales representative will talk about your budget during the initial conversation to ensure we meet your expectations.

Does my pool come with a warranty?

Absolutely. We stand behind our work, and Jackson Pools offers some of the strongest warranties in the industry. Additional manufacturer warranties are also available on select equipment and materials. We offer a lifetime structural warranty on the pool shell to the original owner. Three year manufacturer warranty on equipment, tile and coping, one year warranty on interior finish.

How can I get swimming pool financing?

Jackson Pools partners with several financial institutes that specialize in swimming pool financing. Please visit our Financing page to learn more and find one that suits your unique needs: http://www.jacksonpools.com/financing/.

What's the best time of year to build a pool?

Here in Southwest Florida, there is no bad season to build a pool. We build pools year round, but the rainy season can potentially cause delays.

Will a pool add value to a property?

A pool will absolutely increase the value of your home or hotel property, especially here in Southwest Florida. And a Jackon Pool holds value in the name itself. Check with your real estate agent or bank’s appraiser to learn what ROI you can expect on your pool installation.

Do you install pool cages?

Yes. Pool cages are a great way to keep your pool clean and keep bugs out. If you desire a cage, we will discuss it during our initial consultation and include it in the design and estimate. Some people want an aluminum railing.  We have to subcontract the screen enclosure out because our license does not cover screen enclosures but can give you a price to install with our contract.

Do you do pool renovations?

Absolutely! We specialize in renovating aging and outdated commercial and residential pools. Our pool renovation services cover every aspect, including equipment installation, structural modifications, decking and coping, tile work, and pool resurfacing. We can also add rockscapes, waterfalls, fountains and other features during renovations.

Do I have to be home during the pool installation?

For the most part, No. There will be a few times that we will need the homeowner there for electrical access, alarm installation, and inspections, but your representative will keep you apprised of progress and give you as much notice as possible to plan for these dates.
